My Story
Why I Help Seniors Downsize
Helping my own parents transition from their longtime home to senior living and later skilled nursing gave me firsthand experience with the emotional and logistical challenges families face. Today, I combine over 20 years of project management and customer service experience with real estate guidance to help seniors and their families navigate downsizing with confidence.
My background is in executive leadership and home remodeling. I’m a graduate of CU Boulder and have been in the Denver area for more than 30 years. I use an extensive network to build strong teams with trusted local resources to make the process less overwhelming. I’m patient and ready to help!
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me camping, traveling with my wife Sherry and our son Vance, or enjoying a game of Rummy with family and friends.
